Perched on a landscaped hilltop in Yandina, this residence captures sweeping views of Mount Ninderry, the South Maroochy River, and the Mapleton ranges. Designed to celebrate its elevated setting, the home features raked ceilings, expansive glazing, and a seamless connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

The single-level plan balances elegance and functionality, with two ensuited bedrooms, a light-filled open-plan living zone, and a generous alfresco deck overlooking the north-facing pool. The master suite and kitchen are strategically oriented to frame the hinterland vistas, with thoughtful spatial planning that enhances both comfort and daily living.
