Our Free Site Assessment will analyse several aspects of your property. By providing us with the basic information in the form above, we use the latest satellite images, Council overlays, and as-constructed information to generate a comprehensive understanding of your site and its features.

We can determine if your project requires additional design considerations and consultant reports to comply with planning scheme requirements. Whether you are looking to build a Granny Flat (Secondary Dwelling), Duplex (Dual Occupancy), or Knock-Down-Rebuild for your dream home, our Free Site Assessment is a great tool to help you make an informed decision.
We determine if the development would be an Acceptable Outcome under the Planning Scheme, or if it would require Town Planning and Development Application with Council. DraftRoom have recently completed several Dual Occupancy projects with Town Planning and Development Applications with favourable outcomes.

We do not need to visit your property, our Free Site Assessments are all done from our desktop. We look at satellite images, Council mapping, overlays, and as-constructed information to assess your site against the Planning Scheme and generate a report.

Due to the popularity of our Free Site Assessments, there can be a minimum three day wait for the delivery after making your request, providing we have all the required information.
