DraftRoom has completed concept design drawings for a new detached dual occupancy in Mount Coolum. This infill development responds to a challenging sloping site while retaining the existing dwelling at the front of the property.
The proposal carefully balances privacy, access and site levels to create a well-considered second residence that maximises the land’s potential while respecting the surrounding streetscape.
