Illoura Residence is a single-storey knock-down rebuild in Golden Beach, planned around a private north-facing courtyard and pool that draws light into the centre of the home and creates a strong relationship between living, entertaining and retreat spaces.

The home is organised around a central courtyard, with the pool and alfresco forming a private northern focus to the plan. The kitchen, dining and living areas sit between this internal outdoor space and the generous western rear yard, allowing the main living zone to open in both directions.
A broad breezeway overlooking the pool creates separation between shared and private areas, leading to the master suite, media room and guest accommodation. Positioned to the north-east, the master suite enjoys direct outlook to the courtyard and includes a generous galley-style walk-in robe and ensuite.
Externally, low horizontal forms, natural stone and timber screening give the home a restrained coastal character, while the courtyard planning brings privacy, light and outdoor living deep into the centre of the residence.
