This Parrearra renovation reshapes the existing home through two key additions: a prominent new carport that strengthens the street presence and a private master suite extension designed to improve comfort, privacy and long-term functionality.

The renovation is organised around two primary interventions at opposite ends of the home. At the street, a new carport is positioned forward of the standard Council setback, requiring town planning approval and a carefully considered response to the existing frontage.
The carport becomes a defining element of the renewed façade, supported by new fencing and landscaping to improve privacy, entry and street presence. At the rear, a new master suite extends the existing footprint, incorporating a generous bedroom, walk-in robe and ensuite.
A refreshed palette of materials and finishes ties the new work back to the original brick dwelling, creating a more cohesive and contemporary overall building design.
