Commercial Fitout - Coolum

DraftRoom have completed documentation and project managed a commercial fitout in Coolum, Sunshine Coast for Stylish Hound.

Stylish Hound, a thriving boutique brand specialising in online pet accessories, is undergoing remarkable growth. In 2024, the company's head office and warehouse will relocate to a newly acquired two-story industrial unit in the Coolum Eco-Estate, on the Sunshine Coast.

The initial space featured raw elements such as concrete walls and floors on both levels, limited natural light, and an exposed Colorbond roof. Designed to serve as both a head office and storage and dispatch facility, the owners articulated a desire for adaptability, heightened brand visibility, and playful elements to complement the industrial aesthetic in the revamped setting.

DraftRoom has partnered with Onyx Studio for the interior design aspects of this project .
