This project obtained both Silver and Gold Certification with Livable Housing Australia. The Livable Housing Design Guidelines represent a comprehensive set of requirements aimed at ensuring that spaces are accessible and accommodating for all occupants including; people with a disability, ageing Australians, people with temporary injuries, and families with young children. This underscores our commitment to surpassing industry standards in accessibility, livability, sustainability, and enhances our clients portfolio to ensure the property remains attractive in the ever-changing real estate market.
